Steel-plastic pipe fittings are also called plastic-steel composite pipe fittings. The main raw materials are seamless steel pipes and Q235 steel plates. They are welded after curling. After high-temperature drying at 230C-250C in the furnace, it is firmly attached to the inner and outer walls. The general coating thickness is between 0.2mm-0.3mm. This coating has good adhesion, strong corrosion resistance, and can withstand strong acids and alkalis. The inside and outside of the pipe are smooth and do not adhere to any substance, which effectively reduces the resistance during transportation. Improve flow and transportation efficiency and reduce pressure loss. There is no exudate in the coating, so it will not pollute the transported medium. It can be used alternately in hot and cold in the range of -40C to +80C without aging or cracking. The average service life can reach 50 years. Plastic steel pipe fittings are mainly used for matching and connecting U-PVC pipes. The connection methods include rubber ring, flange and socket.
